The solution covers the entire customer lifecycle and integrates the Mambu core banking system along with numerous external services (KYC, monitoring, payment gateways). The project included regular code reviews and onboarding of new team members. Technical leadership of a growing development team. Co-design of system architecture and scaling strategy. Establishment of development standards and automated quality assurance processes.

Web Application
Development of a management console for controlling and monitoring data flows into a datalake for an AI FinTech company. The solution is based on a serverless AWS architecture and provides a real-time interface via GraphQL. Independent design of the entire serverless architecture on AWS from the ground up.
